Client research is always a collaborative enterprise. Lead Diversity works with diversity councils and leadership teams, diversity task forces and committees, and employee resource groups to focus their diversity initiatives on the high payoff areas that present the greatest opportunities for improvement. Where possible our research is both diagnostic—it tells you what to focus on—and evaluative—it tells you how you’re doing at implementation. And, where possible, our client research determines which diversity activities are driving employee engagement.
Lead Diversity invites organizations to sponsor signature research studies that will make a significant contribution toward the advancement of the diversity field. Typically, Lead Diversity selects a single sponsor or a small number of sponsors for each study. This provides sponsors with high visibility (our studies are presented at conferences, meetings, and webinars; are extensively circulated to the traditional and on-line press; and are summarized in magazines and journals) and brand identification as a leader in the field of global diversity.
